Requirements

  • Good telephone voice
  • Professional telephone presence
  • Ability and willingness to follow a written script word-for-word
  • Basic computer skills
  • Personal computer with a minimum of 2 GB RAM
  • Broadband Internet with hard-wired connection
  • USB headset for PC
