Requirements

  • Good telephone voice
  • Professional telephone presence
  • Ability and willingness to follow written script word-for-word
  • Basic computer skills
  • Windows PC running XP, Vista, or 7 -- minimum 1 GB RAM.
  • Broadband Internet with hard-wired connection
  • USB headset for PC
